About Nerve Blocks
To prevent plexus or ganglion nerves from transmitting pain signals to the brain, a nerve block is an anesthetic or anti-inflammatory injection that reduces uncomfortable symptoms. Nerve blocks can help with a variety of pain conditions, and they are formulated with different types of numbing agents. If you suffer from an injury, spinal arthritis, or cancer-related pain, a nerve block is an effective treatment to help you live a better quality of life. However, it may not be the best treatment option for all patients. Generally, we only recommend this type of therapy for patients who have tried more conservation treatment methods but still experience severe pain. Please call Tricity Pain Associates in Corpus Christi, TX to schedule an appointment with our compassionate pain management doctors to determine if a nerve block works best for you.
"I am happy there. Dr. is going the extra mile. I have been to other Doctors no one tried as hard. You have to realize they can only do so much. The other place lost my x-ray and never ordered another. You will be sorry if you leave"- M.C. / Google / Jul 09, 2021
